         After working in the chimney industry for years in northern KY, the company’s founder Derek Farris began to hear of chimney fires in his home town. Soon realizing there was an absence of chimney professionals available to the people of Southeastern KY he returned home to provide these needed services to ensure the safety of his friends and neighbors, thus FireHeart Chimney was born.
